Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (CST) may begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.

Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Important Notice

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Carrier service interruptions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@stitchsparklefabric.com.  We will do our best to accommodate your request within the allowed timeframe.

Please note that after 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
